About the area
IP cameras, alarm systems & doorbells for Punta Prima
Punta Prima, uniquely positioned on the cusp of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, presents a diverse property landscape, from modern high-rise apartments to charming older villas. This mix attracts a vibrant international community, many of whom own holiday homes that remain vacant for extended periods. This pattern of intermittent occupancy, especially during the off-season, makes these properties a significant target for burglaries. Rojales Alarm specialises in securing these homes with advanced, remotely manageable systems, providing complete peace of mind to owners, whether they are in Spain or abroad.
The security challenges in Punta Prima are specific and require a tailored strategy. Ground-floor apartments with accessible gardens and penthouses with large solariums are particularly vulnerable points of entry for intruders. The proximity of the main N-332 road provides a quick escape route for criminals, increasing the risk. We assess the layout of your property, whether it's a duplex in La Ciñuelica or a frontline apartment in Sea Senses, to implement robust Ajax and Hikvision systems that deter and detect, keeping your investment safe year-round.

Typical configurations
Typical configurations in Punta Prima
Ajax Alarm System for a Panorama Mar Apartment
We installed a wireless Ajax Jeweller kit with DoorProtect sensors on the front door and large patio doors. A MotionCam with photo verification was included, allowing the owner to instantly confirm any alarm event from their phone, providing crucial information for a rapid response.
Hikvision CCTV for a Villa near Punta Marina
A 4-camera Hikvision ColorVu system provides 24/7 full-colour surveillance around the property perimeter, pool, and main entrance. This acts as a powerful deterrent and ensures crystal-clear footage, even in low light, accessible anytime via the Hik-Connect mobile app.
Ground-Floor Garden Apartment Security in La Ciñuelica
A comprehensive Ajax system was deployed, focusing on perimeter protection. We used MotionProtect Outdoor detectors to secure the garden terrace, along with shock sensors on vulnerable windows. This pre-emptive approach stops intruders before they can attempt a break-in.
