About the area
IP cameras, alarm systems & doorbells for Playa Flamenca
Playa Flamenca perfectly captures the Costa Blanca lifestyle, attracting a diverse mix of British, Irish, and Scandinavian expats alongside Spanish residents. The area’s properties range from modern apartment complexes with communal pools to spacious 'quad' townhouses and detached villas. While this creates a vibrant, year-round community, it also presents security challenges. Empty holiday homes, particularly during the off-season, are prime targets for burglaries. Rojales Alarm provides tailored security solutions that protect your investment, whether you live here permanently or visit for the sun.
Situated on the Orihuela Costa, Playa Flamenca experiences a unique ebb and flow. The summer buzz around the beaches and commercial centres contrasts with the quiet winter months, a period when vacant properties are most vulnerable. Areas bordering La Zenia and Punta Prima are particularly susceptible to opportunistic crime. Our expertise lies in installing smart, remotely accessible security systems. This allows you to monitor your property from anywhere in the world, ensuring peace of mind and demonstrating to potential intruders that your home is actively protected.
