About the area
IP cameras, alarm systems & doorbells for Orihuela Costa
Orihuela Costa presents a unique security landscape, a sprawling coastal area defined by its diverse property types. From luxury villas surrounding the golf courses in Villamartin to holiday apartments in Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig, the region is a magnet for a large international community. Many of these properties serve as holiday homes, remaining unoccupied for extended periods, particularly during the off-season. This pattern of vacancy creates a specific risk, making these homes a prime target for burglaries, a challenge Rojales Alarm specialises in addressing.
In an area as vast and varied as Orihuela Costa, security is about providing peace of mind to homeowners, many of whom live abroad. The transient population, especially around hubs like La Zenia, means that visible deterrents are not just a luxury, but a necessity. We focus on integrated solutions like Ajax smart alarms, which allow for remote monitoring via a smartphone app, and Hikvision ColorVu cameras that provide clear, full-colour footage 24/7. This ensures your property, from Punta Prima to Villamartin, is always protected.
