About the area
IP cameras, alarm systems & doorbells for Benidorm
Benidorm's iconic skyline of high-rise apartments defines its unique character on the Costa Blanca. This vertical living, especially concentrated around Playa de Levante and Playa de Poniente, presents distinct security challenges. A significant number of these properties are holiday homes for a diverse mix of British, Northern European, and Spanish owners, often left vacant for extended periods. This pattern makes them a prime target for burglaries, particularly during the off-season. Rojales Alarm specialises in securing these apartments with smart systems that offer full remote control and monitoring from anywhere in the world.
Beyond the bustling beachfront, the surrounding areas like the quieter villa urbanisations in Rincón de Loix, La Nucía, and Finestrat offer a different security landscape. Here, properties are typically larger, with gardens and multiple access points, demanding a focus on perimeter defence. Our strategy for the Benidorm area is dual-focused: providing discreet yet powerful alarms for city apartments and comprehensive CCTV and outdoor detection for the villas, ensuring every type of property is protected against local risk patterns.
